Here is how the recruitment process works in the LSNC.
After mailing((posting)) your application in the LSNC mailbox, it will be viewed by our Application Handlers.
They will look at every detail and keep it in mind. After giving their opinion on the application, it will be sent to the CEO who will personally look at it. If he agrees with the Handler's opinion, then the application status will be updated. In other words this means that if both the Handler and the CEO say that the application is good, then it will be accepted.
If the application is accepted, an exam will be sent to the applicant to test his english skills and general knowledge. If the application is denied, the applicant can re-apply in one week.
If the exam is passed with success, an interview between the handler and the applicant will be taken. If the exam has been failed, the applicant is given a second chance before being denied.
If the interview with the handler has passed, a second one will be taken but this time with the CEO or Assistant CEO. If the interview has failed, the applicant is given a second chance before being denied.
If the interview with the CEO has passed, then the applicant is hired. If he fails but is willing to join, he will be hired.
