The following commands are ONLY useable at an icon near the computer:/checkweather | to check the current and future weather(icon will be placed near a computer)
/postnotes | at a computer inside the HQ, this will post the notes any member took with his /notepad.
/viewnotes | to view the notes that have been /post'ed
/addnotes | to add notes(in case they forgot something and they dont have to wait for a higher rank to /editnotes) it
/editnotes | to edit the notes that have been /post'ed(Only useable by ranks 5+). Higher ranks will use to this to make a complete news story
/clearnotes | to delete the notes that have been /post'ed(Only useable by ranks 5+)
/publish | used by ranks 5+ to publish the notes. They would appear in the newspaper( EXPLAINED:SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TOPIC)

NEWSPAPER:Everyone in the faction can /postnotes(look at the commands section).
Then when the ranks 5+ are satisfied, they can /publish them so they go in the newspaper.
What is the newspaper?
The newspaper will show everything that happened on the server(news, events, stories; everything that has been /postnotes'ed.
This could be daily or weekly.
Where can I find the newspaper?
You can find the newspaper at any 24/7 or in your mailbox(on the house marker type /checkmailbox, to view it and /takenewspaper to get it).
How much would it cost?
The newspaper would cost any price depending on the quality of the news. The CEO would be able to /setprice. Example: If the newspaper has pics of Mark Setter and his GF. The newspaper would cost 1M (LOL, no offense its just an example
)
However if the newspaper has pics of a hobo(Mark again), then it would be free.
